Associate Architect - Conservation Background

You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team proudly working on a prestigious project, one of the UK’s most significant heritage sites. As an Associate Architect, you’ll lead multi‑million‑pound projects, inspire a talented team, and play a key part in delivering projects of national importance.
You'll also guide the studio’s strategic growth, working closely with senior stakeholders, clients, and consultants.

What you’ll be doing
* Lead national significance projects from concept to completion.
* Manage client, stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
* Oversee and mentor a team of architects and assistants, ensuring collaboration and excellence.
* Support business development and help secure new opportunities.
* Contribute to strategic studio growth and long‑term planning.
What you’ll bring
* Post‑qualification experience in the UK.
* Proven ability to lead multi‑million‑pound projects confidently.
* Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in conservation architecture or heritage projects.
* Excellent understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations.
* NEC4 contract experience.
* Commercial awareness and experience in project financial management.
* Understanding of Revit/BIM (not essential but advantageous).
* Eligibility for UK Security Clearance – you must have lived in the UK continuously for the last three years.
