About the Role
Crystalight Ltd are seeking a proactive Part Time Finance Assistant to support our busy accounts team. You'll handle day-to-day finance tasks, ensure accurate records, and keep our property and investment business running smoothly.
What You'll Do
* Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in Xero
* Manage multiple finance inboxes and supplier queries
* Prepare debtors/creditors reports and monthly reconciliations
* Support month-end journals and credit card reconciliations
* Handle utilities, council tax bills, and tenancy sub-meter invoices
What We're Looking For
* 1+ years' experience with Xero Accounting Software
* Confident with Excel, Outlook & Word
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
