Senior Estimator – Hard Facilities Management
Location: Remote - Regular travel to client sites (Mainly based in the South East)
Salary: Circa £60,000 - £90,000 (Total package)
About the Role
We are exclusively partnering with a leading FM Service Provider who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the estimating function for Hard Facilities Management tenders and projects. This is a key commercial role, responsible for delivering accurate, competitive, and strategic cost submissions across a diverse portfolio of Hard FM contracts.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping bid strategy, managing complex estimates, mentoring junior estimators, and working closely with senior stakeholders to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the preparation of complex Hard FM cost estimates for tenders, renewals, and major variations
2. Review tender documentation, specifications, and contractual requirements
3. Develop robust cost models covering labour, materials, subcontractors, lifecycle, risk, and overheads
4. Lead supplier and subcontractor pricing strategies and negotiations
