Role and Responsibilities
As a qualified Teaching Assistant, your role will involve supporting teachers in delivering education that meets individual needs. Good autism practice and a person-centred approach are essential. You should be adaptable and able to create a safe, happy, and inclusive environment where pupils feel valued.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Relevant teaching assistant qualifications (refer to the person specification for full details).
* Ability to provide intimate care when necessary.
* Availability to work flexible hours; applications from candidates with restricted hours cannot be accepted.
