We are working with a time served company who have decades of experience supplying custom packaging solutions – you would be working for a group with commitment to quality through innovative flexible packaging solutions. Serving a plethora of brands and sectors such as automotive, beauty, sports, beverage, food, pharmaceutical, medical and pet products.
You will be responsible for:
* Developing new business opportunities for flexible packaging, pouches, and labels
* Implementing sales strategies in the medical, supermarkets, beverage, and sports nutrition sectors
* Building and nurturing long lasting customer relationships
* Identifying clients needs and cross selling/upselling products suited accordingly
* Working closely with internal teams throughout the project delivery from initial concept and quoting through to completion
Key attributes required:
* Experience in sales and business development within packaging industries – Specifically with flexibles, pouches, and labels
* Understanding of the medical, retail - supermarkets, beverage and sports nutrition markets
* Skilled at to building rapport and establishing trust with key stakeholders
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
