Tao Group Hospitality are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join the team in London on a maternity cover contract.
The Payroll Manager reports in to the Senior Finance Director and is based within our Head Office in Central London. We currently employ approximately 500 employees, whilst supporting the payroll services of our sister brand holding another 130 employees.
As Payroll Manager, your role is critical in the Finance and People function, and previous experience of working in hospitality would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee, co-ordinate and manage the provision of a progressive Payroll Service.
2. General maintenance and upkeep of the Payroll Management System.
3. Be the first point of call for assisting with all payroll related matters.
4. Payroll preparation, ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner for payroll to be processed.
5. Administer all statutory and enhanced payments, including Court Orders.
6. Ensure the accurate administration of all employee benefits schemes.
7. Administer payment and deduction uploads.
8. Manage and administer Tronc scheme with Senior Director’s of Finance and People Practices.
9. Maintain an accurate record of lieu days and holidays.
10. Maintain and file all payroll documentation in a systematic approach.
11. Regularly liaison with key stakeholder relating to payroll.
12. Prepare any payroll related reports and required.
13. Monitor payroll procedures and practices to ensure adherence to all payroll legislation.
14. Experience using Oracle, Forth and Workday would be hugely beneficial.
