The Role:
You’ll play a vital part in helping young boys manage emotional and behavioural challenges, providing stability and encouragement—both in 1:1 settings and small groups. Every day brings new opportunities to turn a tough moment into a breakthrough.

✅ We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience supporting children in SEMH or behaviour-based settings
* Bonus if you’re trained in safeguarding, Makaton, PECS, or Team Teach
* A calm, patient, and consistent approach—even on the tougher days
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Full-time availability from September—you’re committed and ready to make a lasting impact

What You’ll Need:
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
* Overseas Police Check (OCC) if applicable
* An up-to-date CV showing your relevant experience, especially in SEN/SEMH environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
