The Opportunity This isn’t just another sales role. This is your chance to take over a fast-growing market, assist in leading a high-performing team, and shape your career from day one. Our Direct Sales channel has grown 5x since 2022 and is on track to double again this year. You’ll lead a team of 100 Brand Ambassadors, drive 30,000 acquisitions annually, and run nearly 1,000 events, all while contributing to a company doubling revenue year after year. ⚡ Who We’re Looking For We want ambitious, entrepreneurial people who are ready to own their success. You’ll thrive if you: Have built, led, or created something independently a project, start-up, or team and can show measurable results. Are hungry for career growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Can lead from the front, roll up your sleeves, and inspire your team in the field. Use data and insights to drive performance and hold teams accountable. Are London-based (or within 1 hour) and committed to being on the ground. Bonus indicators of high potential: Strong academic achievements or top university graduates Competitive success in sports or other arenas Start-up, side hustle, or entrepreneurial experience Proven ability to deliver under pressure A track record of being the best ❌ Hard Blockers We will not consider applicants if you: Are not London-based or cannot reliably commute within 1 hour to Shoreditch. Cannot work some weekends. Cannot demonstrate a history of high-achieving results in sales, leadership, or entrepreneurial projects. Do not own your own vehicle.
