Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting directly into the Chief People Officer.
2. Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.
3. Leading HR initiatives across the organisation, including succession planning, talent management, performance management, and organisational development.
4. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights and solutions to enhance team performance and employee engagement.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a HR Business Partner role, in either the manufacturing, construction, or engineering industry.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
3. Pragmatic approach with in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
This is a permanent, hybrid role based in West Yorkshire offering circa £55,000 - £60,000 per annum plus package.
