About the Role: We are seeking a highly proficient Project Programmer with strong expertise in Microsoft Project (or similar) to support the successful delivery of our bespoke, high-value projects. This role is critical in ensuring that design, manufacturing, and installation phases are seamlessly planned, coordinated, and executed. You will play a key role in integrating multiple workstreams into a single, accurate project programme, ensuring efficiency, visibility, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed, end-to-end project programmes using Microsoft Project (or simialr) Integrate design, procurement, manufacturing, and installation schedules into a unified plan Define key milestones, critical paths, and dependencies across all project phases Monitor progress and update programmes to reflect live project status Identify risks, delays, and resource constraints, proposing effective mitigation strategies Work closely with design, production, and site teams to ensure alignment and coordination Produce clear, concise reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders Support project teams in planning best practices and programme optimisation Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes and standards.
