Responsibilities Undertake day-to-day legal and administrative matters delegated by the Head of Legal, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-prioritised execution. Support contract audits under the guidance of the Head of Legal by reviewing customer contracts against agreed parameters, identifying risks, and assisting with remediation. Provide legal support to internal stakeholders on property matters, lease documentation, general commercial contracting, insolvency administration, and drafting from approved precedents. Support the resolution of customer disputes by reviewing case background, coordinating input from relevant teams, and preparing clear draft correspondence. Assist with small- to mid-value litigation matters in-house, including case assessment, recoverability analysis, and preparation of claim forms, applications, witness statements, settlement agreements, and related documents.
