Pendragon Vehicle Management- Head Office, Annesley Nottinghamshire. Requirement to work from the Head Office 1 day per week.

At Pendragon Vehicle Management, our Finance team plays a vital role in keeping our business moving. We're now looking for a proactive and detail-driven Part Time Accounts Assistant to join our team in a varied and rewarding role that combines finance administration, customer service, and month-end support.

You'll have the opportunity to be involved with:
* Take ownership of overseeing Pendragon Guarantees, ensuring claims are processed accurately and payments are made on time
* Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the claims process, providing clear, professional and supportive communication
* Work closely with our Purchase Ledger team to process invoices and supplier statements
* Resolve supplier queries efficiently and professionally
* Provide additional support during month-end when required
Do you have what it takes to be a Pendragon Vehicle Management colleague? We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience in finance administration and/or customer service background
* The confident to communicate clearly and professional, both written and verbal, whether this is supporting customers, supplier or colleagues
* Good working knowledge of finance systema and Microsoft excel
* Strong organisations skills and a key eye for detail, with the ability to manage their workload independently and prioritise effectively
* A real pride in producing accurate work and meeting deadlines, understanding the impact their role has on the wider team and business
