We are looking for a visionary CRM Systems Manager to take charge of our dynamic CRM ecosystem built around Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau, and more. In this high-impact role, you'll drive strategic design, implementation, and support of CRM solutions that power our business forward.
Responsibilities
* Act as IT's single point of contact leader for all elements of the global CRM Systems landscape; proactively suggest, promote, and implement ways to improve service to end users via application improvements or process changes.
* Engage with stakeholders across the organization to align priorities, communicate solution design trade-offs and recommendations, and build and execute CRM platform roadmaps and delivery plans.
* Lead user workshops to validate requirements, confirm and negotiate specifications, verifying adherence to requirements in delivered solutions.
* Own responsibility for application configuration, liaising with technical teams to determine effort, feasibility, scheduling, etc.
* Manage 3rd party supplier resources to secure delivery targets.
* Oversee the daily operations of the CRM development team to ensure functionality, availability, and security of the systems, data, backups, and communications; troubleshoot and remediate issues that arise.
* Drive innovation and lead the CRM design and delivery in line with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau, and more).
* Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
* Travel as required; based in London or Northampton with flexible arrangements.
Qualifications
* High level of experience across multiple Salesforce products (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Commerce, MuleSoft, Pardot) with depth in specific clouds.
* Expertise in Salesforce out-of-the-box configuration including Data Model, Security and Process Automations, database design, configuration, process builders, workflows.
* Strong technology leadership with outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
* Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, deployment methodologies, systems architecture; ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions.
* Experience with Python or Java programming and understanding of object-oriented concepts.
