Diagnostic Vehicle Technician – Harpenden, Hertfordshire
Are you an experienced Diagnostic Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable, Independent Garage? Our client is looking to appoint a skilled Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their established team in Harpenden. This position offers stimulating work across a broad range of vehicle makes and models, perfect for a Technician with strong diagnostic expertise.
Benefits:
Up to £50,000 basic salary plus performance-based bonus
Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Every other Saturday morning shift
Working in a team of 10 Qualified Technicians
Independent Garage environment

Diagnosing complex vehicle faults using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment
Conducting detailed inspections and thorough assessments of various vehicle systems
Ensuring all repairs and diagnostics are completed efficiently and to high standards
Providing technical support and advice to colleagues and customers
Maintaining accurate repair and diagnostic records
Working collaboratively within the team to deliver excellent customer serviceRequirements:
Proven experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician or in a similar position
Strong technical knowledge across modern automotive systems
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
