Carpenter Multi-Trader – Permanent
Location: Slough
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Build Recruitment are working with a Housing Association to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader for a permanent position covering Slough.
Duties include:
1. 1st and 2nd fix carpentry (doors, skirting, architraves, flooring)
2. Kitchen and bathroom fitting works
3. General maintenance and repairs in occupied and void properties
4. Lock, handle, and ironmongery repairs
5. Responsive and planned maintenance work
Requirements:
6. Experience as a Carpenter, Carpenter Multi-Trader, or Maintenance Operative
7. Strong carpentry background with additional multi-trade skills
8. Experience working in social housing, housing associations, council, or domestic properties
9. Comfortable working in occupied homes
