Location: Northampton, United Kingdom – Settlements & Terminations team.
You will play a key role in ensuring settlement requests and related processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and legal requirements. A strong focus on meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering excellent customer service is essential.
Responsibilities
* Processing all settlement requests accurately and within agreed SLAs, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements
* Handling incoming queries from both internal and external customers, providing timely and professional support
* Managing correspondence effectively, maintaining organised records and responding within agreed timeframes
* Developing a strong understanding of lease agreements (service and rental) and identifying opportunities for process improvement
* Working collaboratively within the Settlements team to deliver a consistently high level of customer service
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident working both independently and as part of a team
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with any experience of Oracle or Siebel an advantage
* Ability to interpret data and present information clearly
* A proactive, positive "can-do" attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
