Join Our Team as a Site Agent!
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of transportation? We are seeking a Site Agent to join our dynamic Transportation team in Union Street, London. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of specifying, scheduling, and managing onsite engineering resources to ensure our projects are delivered with excellence and in full compliance with design specifications.
Your leadership will drive the safe and timely implementation of plans, all while maximizing customer satisfaction and optimizing project profitability. Please note, a manual driving license is essential for this position.
Position Details
* Location: Union Street, London – site based
* Contract: Fixed Term for 18 months
* Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week
* Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per year + company van + private healthcare + benefits

Your Responsibilities
As a Site Agent, you will:
* Implement all Kier Group policies, including those related to Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) and risk management.
* Champion Kier Group's values in every customer interaction, striving to exceed expectations.
* Manage SHEQ matters for areas of direct responsibility.
* Support the Project Engineer in delivering the project safely, on budget, and on schedule.
* Assist Project Engineers with constructability issues during the planning phase.
* Raise design-related queries with the Construction Manager promptly.
* Provide regular, accurate, and consolidated reports and forecasts for the project.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Proven experience in Highways within a London environment.
* Strong knowledge of TMAN, PAA, PA processes, and TFL Traffic Management Handbook and standards.
* Relevant SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
