The Global Reward Centre of Excellence (COE) team has responsibility for the design of global reward policies and philosophy for AXA XL including the annual cycle process design, calendar and communications, AXA Group standards and governance, Long Term Incentive Design/Administration and Executive Compensation Review.

The team is also responsible for providing client coverage to our global and corporate function business areas and has oversight of our regional business unit total reward teams to ensure consistent execution and delivery of AXA XL's Total Reward programs and initiatives.

The Global Senior Total Reward Project Manager position is a part of the Global Reward COE team and is a key support to the Reward Global and Regional Teams with a 360° view on different compensation and benefits topics driving strategic projects coordination and implementation as well as processes and policies creation/improvements in an international and complex environment.


Whatyou'll be doing


What will your essential responsibilities include?

Project Management

* Lead and manage end-to-end Total reward projects including job architecture, communications, operational excellence.
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Ensure timely delivery of reward initiatives across multiple geographies

Global Compensation Strategy

* Support the development and execution of global compensation frameworks, including base pay, variable pay, and equity programs.
* Partner with regional HR teams to ensure local relevance and regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder management:

* Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to understand needs and priorities.
* Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders to share updates, gather input, and manage expectations.
* Build trust and alignment across regions and functions

Risk & Compliance:

* Ensure projects and processes are compliant with Regulations, Internal audit and risk processes.

Total Rewards Policies and Processes: Continuous review and improvement of policies, processes, practices and guidelines to ensure global consistency. Development of new policies and guidelines as required.

Governance: Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure adherence and implementation of project governance, reporting timelines, budgets and resource planning.

Compensation Partnering:

* Providing compensation consulting and thought leadership on reward policies and procedures, philosophy, internal and external market positioning, job evaluation, and other aspects of compensation, ensuring clients can effectively recruit and retain top talent.
* Supporting the annual cycle planning and execution as the:
* Primary contact for HR Business Partners and respective Leadership Team members in your client group.
* Owner of the promotion and international mobility cases management processes
* Performing complex analyses and presenting findings to HR Business Partners and Managers to facilitate talent and reward decisions.
* Consulting with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and Managers to create competitive offer packages for key strategic hires.
* Partnering with Regional Reward teams to ensure consistent execution and delivery of AXA XL's global reward policies and philosophy.
* Assessing market conditions and pay practices to ensure the competitiveness of compensation programs.

Regularly collaborating with internal HR clients, COEs, and multidisciplinary senior-level leaders.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

* Proven international expertise and overall knowledge in Compensation & Benefits
* Effective technical knowledge, solid governance and stakeholder management is required implying and requiring imminent coordination and supervision as well as continuous planning, problem solving and networking.
* Ability to work independently and lead initiatives as required
* Developed Project & Change management skills
* People Management: indirect management skills to get the right support for project delivery
* Excellent relationship, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
* Proven ethics with high level of commitment, judgement and able to influence at different levels including senior level negotiations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective consultative/client service skills
* Not afraid to challenge the status quo to simplify processes
* Result oriented: quality and fast delivery mindset, especially
* Detailed analytical skills with the ability to also act as expert and counsel
* Preferred fluency in French and English
* Experience working within a globally matrixed organisation
