Pay: from £13.75 per hour (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is looking for caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in the local area. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we’ll help you find the right role for your skills and schedule.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or one-to-one
* Helping with reading, writing, and other classroom activities
* Assisting the class teacher with lessons and behaviour management
* Encouraging children’s learning, confidence, and social skills
* Creating a safe and positive learning environment
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoys working with children
* Has good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Can work well in a team and follow instructions from teachers
* Has some experience working with children (school-based or other settings)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
