What we are looking for

Mindful Chef is seeking a visionary Head of Product to define and champion our product strategy across all customer touchpoints. You will be the voice of our product, setting the direction for exceptional customer experiences while driving market‑leading innovation in the healthy food space. If you're passionate about transforming how people experience food delivery and want to lead product strategy that contributes directly to people eating well and living better, this is your opportunity to shape the future of the UK's leading healthy recipe box service.


You are

* 7+ years product management experience, with 3+ years in senior / leadership roles
* Proven track record defining product strategy and vision in consumer-facing businesses
* Experience with e-commerce, subscription businesses, or marketplace platforms
* Strong background in customer research, competitive analysis, and market positioning
* Track record of driving significant business impact through product innovation
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to inspire teams around product vision
* Experience leading strategic planning processes and cross-functional collaboration
* Passion for food, health, and sustainable business practices


You will

* Define and champion a compelling product vision that sets the strategic direction for exceptional customer experiences
* Serve as the voice of the product – articulating vision clearly and inspiring teams around shared goals
* Lead market positioning, competitive strategy, and customer research to identify breakthrough opportunities
* Drive product excellence across all customer touchpoints, challenging teams to think bigger about what's possible
* Primary participant in betting table, pitching game-changing initiatives and making strategic product investments
* Lead overall Shape Up planning, balancing competing priorities and setting high-level direction for development cycles
* Push boundaries on leveraging emerging technologies to create differentiated customer experiences
* Foster deep customer understanding and translate insights into products that solve real problems
