Your Future Role
This is an opportunity to join a world‑leading engineering company through a well‑established 4 Year (excluding End Point Assessment) Apprenticeship Development Programme. You will work alongside experienced professionals and receive strong support, mentoring and coaching while developing against the Apprenticeship Standard.
The programme includes placements across multiple departments to build a broad understanding of the business. Placements are planned to support your development and provide a varied, rewarding experience.

As part of the apprenticeship programme, you will complete a Level 6 Project Management Degree Apprenticeship, with York St John University, and you will attend the York campus for workshops. Over the course of the programme, you will be combining the academic studies with real life work based experience across our organisation which will give you the opportunity to build and gather evidence of your competence whilst working towards a formal competence.
Qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent in 5 subjects including Maths, English, IT and Science at Grades 4-9
* A Level of equivalent in 3 subjects/120 UCAS points including IT, Business, English at Grades A-C
Desired Skills
* Problem solving and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Self‑motivated and able to demonstrate commitment to achieving the apprenticeship standard
* Be able to act as a member of a multi‑disciplined team (with flexibility around team roles), and also able to work on your own initiative where required.
Due to location of the depot, it would be beneficial for the candidate to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
