Booker Group are recruiting for Supply Planner Promotions role working out of our head office at Hemel Hempstead, Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead HP2 7DX and Equity House, Wellingborough, Irthlingborough, NN8 1LT
Once fully inducted we offer hybrid working 3 days office based and 2 remote.
In this role, you will be responsible for the complete end to end planning and flow of stock for Promotion / Allocation activity into the Distribution network and out to branches and customers to agreed deadlines.

You will be responsible for
14. To ensure maximum availability for the start and during all event activity
15. Ensuring that critical timescales are adhered to and issues escalated to the correct level
16. Manage the flow of volume from our Distribution centres to our branches and customers
17. Ensuring Allocations are loaded and released accurately
18. Root causing of late availability of stock and ensure key issues are clearly communicated
19. Analysing data to produce reports and providing recommendations on your findings
20. Reviewing and responding to queries and requests
21. Supporting Seasonal Events and activities
22. Supporting the clearance of ex-promotion and seasonal lines
23. Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholder teams to ensure that trading activities are effectively managed
24. Follow the relevant GSCOP timelines to ensure we are compliant at all times
25. Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
You will need
26. Exceptional communication & stakeholder management
27. Be able to work independently to problem solve
28. Attention to detail, writing of reports, interpreting data and keeping of accurate records.
29. strong analytical skill, Intermediate/ Advance working knowledge of Excel and
30. Maintain knowledge of relevant markets and market developments
31. Ability to flex work approach
32. The aptitude to learn new technical skills quickly
33. Experience relevant for this job:Experience in working in FMG ideal but not essential. Have a proven record of working autonomously as well as part of a Team.Have proven record of working with large data sets and excel to an intermediate/ advanced level
