Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated support assistant to work with a friendly young man three days a week, helping him stay active, independent, and socially engaged at home and in the community.
Responsibilities and requirements
* Warm, dependable, and respectful
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work flexibly and take initiative
* Knowledge of Eastbourne/local area is helpful
* Prior care experience is useful, but not essential - full support provided
* Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
* Reliable with good timekeeping
* Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
* Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
* Honest and cheerful
