Overview
Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to recruit a full time Business Engagement Coordinator to support our Business & Partnership Managers within the Advanced Creative & Digital Skills Academy, the Construction & Civil Engineering Academy and the Institute of Technology. The successful candidate will be based at our Winsford campus and will work with the Business & Partnership Managers to identify, develop and maximise relationships with employers, generating income opportunities through the delivery of bespoke training, as well as supporting learners\' skill development by facilitating employer-led curriculum enhancements.
Responsibilities
* Identify, develop and maximise relationships with employers to generate income opportunities through bespoke training delivery.
* Support learners\' skill development by facilitating employer-led curriculum enhancements.
* Collaborate with the Business & Partnership Managers across the relevant academies to meet targets and ensure high-quality engagement with industry partners.
Requirements / Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Experience of leading teams, managing stakeholder relationships and working to targets.
