From Liverpool to Los Angeles, our engineering solutions are used across six continents - making manual and automated loading faster, safer and smarter. We're now looking for an experienced Technical Author to make our documentation as exceptional as our technology. This includes writing operation manuals, system documentation and compliance documents (including CE Marking), and updating existing materials to reflect product evolution. You'll collaborate with engineers, designers and compliance experts to translate technical input into high-quality documents. You'll take the lead on managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensure everything you produce aligns with brand standards, ISO9001/14001 requirements, and industry best practice. You'll be critical in shaping how our global clients and partners engage with our equipment and services. What you'll bring Proven experience as a Technical Author or Writer Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, SolidWorks Composer, or AutoCAD is desirable Knowledge of documentation platforms like MadCap Flare or similar Exceptional written English and document structuring ability High attention to detail and ability to translate complex concepts clearly Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects If you're looking to join a global engineering company where documentation matters as much as design, and where your ideas and precision will shape the future of logistics tech, we'd love to hear from you.
