Design & Marketing Assistant.
We're looking for a creative and organised Design & Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Department. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys design but is also confident using systems and digital tools to bring campaigns to life.
You'll get involved in everything from designing assets and building emails to keeping our website up to date on NetSuite and supporting the sales team with marketing materials. If you're hands-on, keen to learn, and like variety in your work, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key responsibilities
* Design digital and print materials (social media graphics, email and web banners, flyers, etc.)
* Create and schedule marketing content – including social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates
* Manage and update product listings and images on our website (via NetSuite ERP)
* Support with building personalised email campaigns and workflows in HubSpot
* Assist the sales team with mail merges, documents, and other marketing materials
* Use Excel and other tools for keeping track of tasks
Key skills required
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in Marketing or Design
* Strong design skills, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
* Confident communicator with excellent writing skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise workloads
* A team player who enjoys collaborating but can also work independently
* A friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and systems
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience with NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar ERP/eCommerce platforms
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing/Design
* Confidence with Excel for reporting and admin
