A quick look at the role
In this role, you’ll project-manage new and existing contract mobilisations, ensuring every detail is delivered on time, to standard, and with exceptional accuracy. From coordinating data, contracts and purchase orders, to working closely with Business Development and Account Managers, you’ll be at the heart of bringing major new business—up to £9M—successfully onboard.
Your core responsibilities
1. Project-manage the mobilisation of new business contracts (up to £9M), ensuring all processes are followed to ISO standards, forms are completed accurately and on time, milestones are met, and documentation is recorded correctly.
2. Adhere to all auditable procedures, including checklists, ensuring full compliance within required deadlines.
3. Identify and coordinate service solutions, working with Supply Chain to source profitable subcontracted services where direct delivery isn’t possible.
4. Import, manage and validate data, including transferring information from Excel into internal systems.
5. Set up and maintain contracts and purchase orders, including amendments and updates as required.
6. Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and delivered throughout mobilisation.
7. Engage confidently with customers at both Head Office and site level to support a smooth mobilisation process.
8. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, ensuring shared folders and mobilisation schedules (including revenue details) are accurate and current.

10. High proficiency across Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel capability.

13. Willingness to learn and develop, adapting quickly to new systems and processes.
14. Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
