Müller has been a loved brand in the UK for over 30 years, consistently growing and innovating. We are currently seeking an In-House Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors for a fixed term of 6-12 months at Market Drayton. The role involves expert knowledge of Employee Services processes and workflows, implementation of SAP and SAP SuccessFactors modules, and acting as the interface between stakeholders and IT.
Your challenge as the In-House Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors
* Support the global implementation and ongoing development of SAP SuccessFactors in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Configure, support, and monitor SAP SuccessFactors HR systems, providing support during operations, data handling, and configuration updates.
* Advise departments on best practices, conduct workshops, and train key users.
* Create concepts, specifications, and oversee implementation, testing, and documentation.
* Analyze processes for optimization and improve user-friendliness of applications.
* Manage upcoming release changes to ensure smooth implementation.
Key skills & experience
* Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
* Degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field; or relevant training and qualifications.
* Several years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, especially Employee Central and other modules; interface experience is a plus.
* SAP SuccessFactors Platform or Employee Central Core certification preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel and work on multiple projects with stakeholders.
