About the role
As a Project Manager at Mirus Aircraft Seating, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver new product and customer programmes on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards related to the fulfilment of assigned customer orders to achieve our targets.
You’ll help oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial programme assignment and design through to certification, production, and delivery ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, and customer requirements.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBLITLIES:
In your role as our Project Manager, you will:
1. Plan, coordinate, and deliver assigned projects to agreed time, cost, and quality targets
2. Manage all aspects of the programme(s), including performance, cost tracking, quality and lead-time aspects
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timelines and activities are met efficiently
4. Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and delivery reliability
5. Lead project reviews and communicate progress to internal stakeholders and customers
6. Present regular updates to the executive team via presentations and effective communication channels
