Job Title: Sales Manager : Events Group
Location: London
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Commission
Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities across events and venues
- Build strong relationships with promoters, rights holders, and commercial partners
- Attend industry events, festivals, and networking opportunities
- Develop pitches, tenders, and commercial proposals
- Support negotiations and help convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships
- Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline
- Work closely with commercial, finance, and operations teams
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and market insight
Qualifications
- Proven experience within business development or outbound sales
- Background within events, festivals, venues, or entertainment
- Strong relationship‑building and networking skills
- Experience managing tenders, proposals, and commercial submissions
- Commercial awareness with a proactive sales mindset
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self‑motivated, organised, and driven to win business
