This company has successfully been in business for 25 years and has gone from strength to strength. Due to expansion, they are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator. This is a full-time permanent job. The hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-2. Salary for this role is negotiable up to £35k depending on experience. They also offer 30 days holiday and a healthcare scheme.
Your new role
As a Sales Administrator, your duties will include:
1. Managing enquiries from current & potential customers as well as the Business Development Team
2. Handling inward and outward customer service-related calls as one of the business’s central points of contact for sales enquiries
3. Processing sales orders using the company's ERP system via email or phone, including liaising with the business development team, customers, purchasing, and accounts
4. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
5. Ensuring data accuracy for order processing and invoicing
6. Coordinating customer deliveries with warehouse staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
7. Achieving quick response times to quotes to maximize quote conversions
