Job Title: Project Officer (Service Improvement)
Salary: NLC9 £33,558 - £38,811
A new opportunity has arisen within the Resettlement Team for a Project Officer (Service Improvement) to assist in developing and monitoring information systems to support continuous improvement across the team.
You will be responsible for obtaining and analyzing performance data using internal and external management information systems against the Home Office Indicators of Integration. You will prepare reports and updates for managers and funders, including performance indicators, trends, and outcomes for families and young people supported by the Resettlement Team.
Ideal candidates should be educated to HNC level or equivalent (SCQF Level 7) in a relevant discipline, with experience in a service improvement environment. You should have experience analyzing and reporting data using spreadsheets and databases, along with practical knowledge of management information systems. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Work Pattern:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 16:45.
This is a temporary position until 31/03/2026.
