What You'll Be Doing:
1. Sourcing talented Insurance professionals through databases, LinkedIn and job boards
2. Conducting engaging phone conversations with candidates all day
3. Using your insurance knowledge to properly assess candidates' skills and aspirations
4. Building your network across brokers, insurers, and MGAs
5. Supporting our Senior Recruitment Team with candidate management
6. Learning the recruitment trade whilst staying in the insurance world
Perfect If You're:
7. An insurance professional ready for something different
8. Someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships
9. Confident on the phone and naturally good with people
10. Looking to escape the typical Insurance pressures whilst using your expertise
11. Ambitious about building a new career path
12. Currently working in Personal Lines, Commercial, Claims, Underwriting, or Broking
