We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and sales-driven Duty Manager to focus on coaching the team through day to day operations and also driving events, group bookings, and business outreach. Role Overview: As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring all team members follow the 'Customer Promise' to provide a consistently high-quality experience for every guest. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving revenue through event sales, local business outreach, and community engagement. You will create and implement a sales strategy, work closely with the team to achieve daily sales goals, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across our Adventure Golf, Driving Range, and F&B operations.
