Job duties and responsibilities: - Supervise, support, and motivate staff to achieve operational and performance targets Leading the team and making sure daily operations run smoothly. Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional working environment. Support the Manager with recruitment, training, development and performance of all staff. Organising shifts and workloads to ensure the site is always properly staffed. Keeping an eye on performance and stepping in to solve problems when needed. Making sure health and safety rules and company policies are followed at all times. Dealing with day-to-day issues and escalating more serious matters to management Assisting with reports, stock checks, and general operational tasks Creating a positive and supportive team culture Skills/Qualifications/Experience: - Previous relevant experience Relevant Bachelor or Master degree Confidence leading and managing people Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment A proactive attitude and good problem-solving skills Understanding of health and safety in the workplace Basic computer skills Reliable, responsible, and flexible with working hours
