Rural Surveyor – Up to £50,000

? Role & Responsibilities
* Advise on land rights, access, and compensation
* Carry out site visits and meet clients across the region
* Support with land referencing and digital mapping
* Manage compensation claims and valuations (incl. renewables)
* Liaise regularly with stakeholders and internal teams
* Work across a range of rural, forestry, and utilities projects
? Required Skills & Experience
* Experience as a Rural Surveyor or Land Agent
* MRICS and Registered Valuer preferred
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in rural sectors (farming, forestry, etc.) beneficial
* Competent with digital mapping tools (preferred)
