What You’ll Be Doing Managing and developing existing cyber security clients from day one Running a dual desk, managing both permanent and contract recruitment across the UK cyber market Building long‑term, trusted relationships with candidates and clients Owning the full recruitment lifecycle end‑to‑end Identifying and developing new opportunities within the cyber security space Playing a key role in growth, with future scope to build and manage a team What We’re Looking For 12 months’ experience recruiting specifically within cyber security Strong understanding of cyber security roles, terminology, and market dynamics Proven ability to manage clients and recruitment processes independently Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and accountability Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build something long‑term What’s On Offer Up to £35k basic salary plus a generous commission structure Warm desk with live, existing clients Clear progression pathway to Director level, based on performance Quarterly team incentives, weekly competitions, and an annual trip for top performers Excellent benefits including your birthday off, an annual charity day, healthcare cashback scheme, and more At Leap29, we strive to create and foster an environment of belonging and collaboration across cultural differences.
