We’re seeking an experienced administrator to join a respected wealth management team as a Client Service Specialist. All training provided for those who need!
You'll need to be confident in handling complex administration and passionate about delivering high standards of client care.
The role plays a central part in supporting advisers, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Preparing and managing meeting packs, ensuring information is accurate and timely
Submitting and tracking new business across pensions, investments, and protection cases
Handling complex administrative tasks such as drawdown payments, CGT calculations, and trust administration
Managing client data across Salesforce and other systems, ensuring records are current and compliant
Responding to client queries, both directly and on behalf of advisers
Supporting junior team members and contributing to process improvements
Keeping up to date with regulatory and internal updates that affect day-to-day work Apply now
