An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Accountant / Accounts Manager with 3 years' experience to join a well-established accountancy firm.
This role offers a salary range of £39,000 - £45,000 and benefits.
As a Practice Accountant / Accounts Manager, you will be overseeing client accounts and leading a team to deliver strategic growth and service excellence.
You will be responsible for:
1. Leading the account management team to meet commercial objectives.
2. Identifying growth opportunities through analysis of market and client data.
3. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
4. Tracking account activity and maintaining accurate CRM records.
5. Preparing and delivering account performance reports and sales forecasts.
6. Supporting the development of junior team members through mentoring and guidance.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as an Accountant, Practice Accountant, Accounts Senior, Accounts Semi Senior or in a similar role.
2. At least 3 years of experience in accountancy practice.
3. Possess sales experience with knowledge of account management principles.
4. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
5. Right to work in the UK.
