Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + monthly bonus
Responsibilities
* Provide building design solutions for a varied portfolio including private houses, multi-storey developments, towers, hotels, rooftop apartments and RC frame commercial projects
* Manage own projects and deliver on scope, budget and timeline
* Supervise two graduate engineers and support their professional development
* Work on architecturally challenging and potentially international schemes
* Collaborate closely with other disciplines and deliver high‑quality structural solutions
Qualifications & Skills
* Several years of buildings design experience
* Strong academic background with an aspiration to achieve chartership (or already chartered)
* Excellent team‑working abilities and communication skills
* Ability to lead junior staff and manage project teams
* Familiarity with relevant structural design software and standards
