Working on the front counter, answering inbound calls, and serving both retail and trade customers. Building long-term rapport with local customers and actively promoting offers and customer incentives.
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant experience within the motor trade. However, if you have a good understanding of cars and the ability to learn, we are happy to train the right candidate. You should be proactive, sales-driven, and maintain an outstanding level of service, with excellent communication and organisational skills, working well in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional assistance in the warehouse, picking or putting away products, may be required. Knowledge of the local areas and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
