Based in Billericay with a hybrid and field-based working pattern, this role offers a salary of up to £45,000 plus an excellent benefits package. Working across a portfolio of residential developments in London and the surrounding areas, you will play a key role in ensuring properties are professionally managed and compliant with industry regulations including ARMA and RICS guidelines. The organisation has built a strong reputation within the sector, managing a substantial portfolio of residential blocks and delivering high standards of property management for many years.
