Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be happy to work as part of a small team of two and possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers. This role involves engaging with clients via phone and other channels, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our products and services effectively.
Responsibilities
* Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Deal directly with customers by telephone, electronically and online chat
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
* Obtain and review relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide quotes and delivery information, domestic and international
* Set up and maintain wholesale accounts and customer databases, which includes Excel. Tasks involve verifying customers, updating records and tracking of monetary transactions.
* Order processing from start to finish, which involves quotes, sourcing couriers, international paperwork and invoicing
* Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, monetary transactions, comments, complaints and resolutions
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
* Prepare and distribute reports
Manage administration and other ad-hoc duties
Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments
* Excel and Sage experience a bonus but not necessary
Bring initiative to the role as ideas that improve admin and business processes are welcome
