Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a Temporary Chef for our client in Perth!
Shift times: 7am/8am to 4pm
Ensure food is prepared efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.
Handle fresh ingredients with care, following portion and presentation standards
Follow all health and safety, food hygiene, and allergen regulations
Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks
Follow company policies including COSHH and HACCP guidelines
Experience in a similar kitchen or café environment.
Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above preferred).
