M365 Purview Compliance Design Architect
Location: Sheffield, UK – 3 days per week onsite at client site (mandatory)
Role Overview
Design enterprise-scale Microsoft Purview retention, records management, and eDiscovery architecture.
Responsibilities
* Map regulatory requirements (FCA/PRA, MiFID II, SEC/FINRA, GDPR/UK DPA) into enforceable Purview policies.
* Implement retention labels/policies, event-based retention, disposition reviews, and litigation hold.
* Integrate with eDiscovery (Premium), Audit, DLP, and legal hold processes.
* Automate using PowerShell / Microsoft Graph and support audit & regulatory assurance.
Key Skills Required
* 8–10+ years experience in M365 Purview / Compliance at enterprise scale.
* Strong hands‑on information governance, records management, retention, eDiscovery (Premium).
* Deep knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
* Experience in large, regulated tenants (100k+ users).
