We are recruiting on behalf of a facility that casts, machines and paints Iron products.
Job Duties
* Supervising a small team, currently consisting of 2 Engineers and 1 Apprentice
* Providing electrical/mechanical maintenance for site facilities, Foundry equipment and machinery, including CNC machinery (Romi, Mazak)
* Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns
* Reading and working from electrical / panel drawings, fault finding down to a component level
* PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faults
* Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery
* Develop Maintenance plans
* Inspect Facilities and all equipment inhouse
* Manage budgets when required and liase with commercial team
* Ensure company and industry compliance is met
* Inventory management
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Supervisor, the ideal candidate will –
* Be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry / manufacturing
* Have an electrical qualification (level 3 or above)
* Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc)
On offer
* A basic salary of around £55K
* Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
* 33 days holiday, including bank holiday
