Overview
You will be a part of a Unified Communications consultancy team, responsible for the design, implementation and support of Cisco IP Contact Centre solutions for Cisilion customers. Project size will vary between 20 to 2000 users.
Responsibilities
* Capture customer requirements - design call flow and produce scripts
* Design and implement to customer requirements (Contact Centre that use voice, e-mail, video, text and IM as contact methods)
* Plan, design and implement the IP Telephony Networks
