Field Service Engineer – Heavy Plant

£40,000 – £55,000 + Overtime + Van

NEOS Engineering are working with a leading player in the UK ground engineering sector who are looking to add an experienced Field Service Engineer to their team.

This is a fully field-based role, supporting high-profile projects across the Northwest and wider UK. If you enjoy being on-site, solving problems and working on specialist kit - this is a strong opportunity.





The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of heavy plant equipment on-site.

You’ll be working on:

* Piling rigs
* Excavators
* Drilling equipment
* Specialist ground engineering machinery

This is a hands-on, site-based role, attending breakdowns, carrying out planned maintenance and keeping critical equipment running on major construction projects.





What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for engineers with a background as a:

* Heavy Plant Fitter
* Field Service Engineer
* Plant Engineer

You must have experience working on either:

* Construction plant (excavators, dumpers, telehandlers etc.)
OR
* Piling rigs / drilling equipment

Key requirements:

* Strong fault finding and diagnostics
* Comfortable working independently in the field
* Full UK driving licence
