Rota: 3-4 days per week, including one Saturday per month Practice hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm | Saturdays, 9:00am - 1:00pm Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm with a one-hour lunch break About the Role: We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Dental Nurse to join our friendly team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is currently enrolled or planning to enrol in an accredited dental nursing course and is looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment. As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will assist our clinicians with a variety of procedures while ensuring high standards of care and cleanliness are maintained throughout the surgery. You'll be an essential part of creating a calm, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere for all our patients. Key Responsibilities: Chairside assistance to dentists during patient treatments Cleaning, sterilising, and organising dental instruments and equipment Supporting patient care and ensuring their comfort throughout appointments Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining clinical hygiene Helping manage patient records using basic IT systems What We're Looking For: A professional and caring approach with excellent communication skills A proactive and positive attitude towards learning Basic IT competency for handling clinical notes and scheduling Enrolled or planning to enrol on an approved dental nursing course (e.g. NEBDN Diploma) Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team Right to work in the UK About Us: We are a modern, forward-thinking dental practice situated in the heart of Pimlico.
