Lead End User Computing (EUC) Engineer – Digital Workplace Lead Infrastructure & EUC Technical Lead / Lead Infrastructure Engineer Location: Hybrid – South Wales (Minimum 1 day per week in office) Overview: A leading public sector organisation is seeking a Lead End User Computing Engineer to take ownership of its end user technology strategy and delivery. This is a senior role, ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership skills across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, Citrix, and infrastructure automation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end user computing (EUC) engineering function. Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing EUC platforms. Oversee adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365, Intune, Citrix, and device lifecycle management. Drive automation, innovation, and reliability across endpoint services. Collaborate with architecture, digital transformation, and security teams. Coach and mentor EUC engineers and promote technical best practices. Required Experience: Senior-level experience delivering EUC or Digital Workplace solutions in a large-scale organisation. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SCCM, Azure AD, Citrix, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/MECM). Experience leading teams or acting as technical SME in high-stakes environments. Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell/YAML), automation, and cloud-based infrastructure. Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership communication skills. Why Apply?
